This is a highly underestimated way of increasing productivity. Map out everything on your calendar either on a weekly or monthly basis.

Whether it's grocery shopping, team meetings, or study timetable basically anything and everything on this Earth should be on the calendar or else you are likely to forget it.

The best way to understand if you are walking towards your goal is to review every single step that you have taken over the weekends or in previous months.

You can start with as simple as what clothes you are going to wear to the office tomorrow. This way you don't waste time early in the morning & don't induce decision fatigue.

Once you set your goals it may sound a little overwhelming as a task.

It is easier to get distracted while using your phone so use it as a reward.
Set a timer for the next 30 to 40 minutes to finish a task.

This ensures your brain is hyper focused to do a task in a given time frame.
Charge your laptop to 100% and then move away from the charging point. This way you know you have to finish the task before your laptop shuts down.
