How to praise Allah?
The Prophet ﷺ heard a man saying:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ أَنِّي أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ الأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ
The Prophet ﷺ heard a man saying:

Allahumma! Inni as'aluka anni ash-hadu annaka Antallahu la ilaha illa antal Ahadus-Samad, allazii lam yalid wa lam yoolad, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad
The Prophet ﷺ said: 'You have supplicated Allah using His Greatest Name, when asked with this name He gives, and when supplicated by this name he answers. (Abu Dawud 1493)
How to send salutation upon Prophet ﷺ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
Allaahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa 'ala aali Muhammad kama sallayta 'ala Ibraaheem wa 'ala aali Ibraaheem, innaka hameedum-majeed. Allaahumma baarik 'ala Muhammad wa 'ala aali Muhammad kama baarakta 'ala Ibraaheem wa 'ala aali Ibraaheem, innaka hameedum-majeed (Sahih Muslim 406)
Note: When you make dua in your sujood or before tasleem, you don't have to follow this format.
The Prophet ﷺ said, "The servant is closest to his Lord during prostration, so increase your supplications therein." (Sahih Muslim 482)

So, in sujood after saying "Subhana Rabbiyal A'ala", you can make dua and you should not follow the format mentioned in the previous slide.
