How to rewire your business to scale profitably (£100,000/mo) while reclaiming your freedom in 2023:
There’s 2 big reasons most Agency Owners can’t scale
The 1st:
You are not perceived as a 1 of 1 in your market
Therefore you are a commodity
You compete on price, not value
Your price per client then gets capped
This means:
It takes you more clients to reach 100k+/mo
A "good" price for an Agency service is 3k/mo
34 clients at 3k/mo = 100k/mo
Getting 34 clients good results every month for 12 months is near impossible. Hence why you can’t scale to 100k/mo.
The second issue:
Your clients don’t respect you enough.
They view you as someone external who provides X things.
The typical churn rate in B2B services is around 3 months.
Because you either:
Get them results in 3 months, but results are watered down since you have so many clients to service.
Or it takes 3 months to build momentum for results…
But because you’re already not respected enough?
Watered down results usually get you FIRED after 3 months.
OR
Business owners don’t have the patience to wait 3+ months for results flowing in.
So these 2 main issues trap you in a cycle:
Charging low prices, and churning clients every 3 months.
You can work your face off through these problems, have super dialled in systems and reach 100k/mo with the traditional agency model.
But a WAY EASIER model to get to 100k/mo?
Is, you’ve guessed it, a Growth Partner style Agency!
