Here's how it works
Rip a piece of paper up into a dozen small pieces about the size of a business card
Have your partner write a "prompt" on each paper
Then, they'll put them all face down in a pile

Here's the key: the prompts need to be ridiculous

You'll have 10 seconds to read the prompt

After you've done it 3 or 4 times, it starts getting somewhat easier
After 5 or 6 times, you've got the hang of it
You realize you can speak, on the spot, on a nonsense topic

And if you can do that on a nonsense topic, you can DEFINITELY do that for a topic you know
