RANK YOUR BOOK ON AMAZON'S FIRST PAGE
Smart KDP Publishers use this ranking hack to beat competition
Push up your book further up the ranking ladder
Give your book a massive advantage ahead of your arch rivals
An informative thread 🧵🧵🧵
As a name defines a person, so is a title.
Your book, could only rank and be placed in front of potential customers and start selling
when it's done right
No one would buy a product that lacks clarity.
How can you write & optimize your KDP title & subtitle to rank on Amazon?
1. Long Tail Keywords
Long tail keywords are longer and more specific keyword phrases
that visitors are more likely to use when they’re closer to a point-of-purchase
Do you know?
Using longer tail keywords, is the same as niching down.
Take the Keyword "notebook" for example
Looking at the image below
chances are your book might never appear on the first, second and even the third page
via normal organic search for “notebook” because there’s too much competition.
Using longer tail keywords
add something extra like “notebook for forgetful teens”
This will ensure that your book gets in front of those, who are searching for these specific books.
And you'll easily rank on page 1 with only 835 rivals
2. Pay special attention to the Book Title section
The title field should only contain the actual title of your book as it appears on your book cover or the spine.
What you input here will show as your book’s title on your product page.
Customers pay special attention to errors in titles.
They may question your book’s authenticity if the title doesn’t match the
Amazon detail page and the cover of your book.
3. Optimize Your Title To Rank
Make sure your title is brief and descriptive. Go straight to what your book is about.
Be snappy but informative. Keep the title short and simple yet ensure it Covers relevant keywords.
Don’t stuff keyword,
instead, use the right keywords to compose your title.
This give you better opportunities to rank and connect with those who are looking for your book
4. Subtitles strategies
Additional and more information about the content of your book is contained in your Subtitle
This additional information should help you differentiate your book from other books.
Detail the exact details of what your product has to offer and Why it's different from others
Don’t forget to use keywords here, but do not over stuff it
Don't forget;
If using a subtitle, a colon will be automatically added between the title and subtitle on the Amazon detail page
