10 of my absolute favorite brands/companies:
10. CUSSONS. These guys are so consistent, and have been for years. From the Imperial Leather that my dad has used since I was a baby or before, to Roberts, Morning Fresh, the baby wipes that smell amazing and aren't harsh... You'll find their stuff all over my house.
9. PERSIL. I always associated Persil with poshness because it was what my posh aunty used. I was surprised by how affordable it is.. I love Persil because it's the only detergent that doesn't cause or aggravate skin issues in my household.
8. NOW.
I love their Vitamins. Their quality has started to go down just a little bit, but they still beat the rest, as far as I'm concerned.

7. BLACKBERRY.
If you know, you know. Too bad they didn't make messenger mainstream. Too bad they were pushed out of the market for refusing to compromise on their clients' privacy. I miss them and their very cool emojis to this day.

Because any Calvin Klein dress that is my size fits perfectly. I don't even have to try it on. That's super convenient for someone (me) who hates spending hours at the store.

5. KERICHO GOLD.
Like Now, they're really starting to slack on consistency, but they beat Ketepa and the rest all day.
However, I'll admit the only reason I use them is because getting TETLEY is too much of a pain out here

4. MENENGAI is a single mother's friend. Just one 1kg bar sort out your baby, yourself, your househelp, your laundry, your dishes. In a bind, you can even use it for surfaces and as a pre-shampoo to get enough lather. Just be sure to oil yourself down well as it's really drying.
3. NINE WEST. 90% of the time I see a shoe or purse I like, it will be Nine West. Their heels aren't exactly comfortable enough for you to walk from Koinange Street to City Square, but boy, are they "me".And if you want affordable purse that's both posh and everyday, they're it.

Can you spell COMFORTABLE HEELS!!! I have gotten lost at Sarit in 6-inch JS heels and I was quite alright. She also makes cute baby stuff. VINCE CAMUTO make affordable, comfy heels as well. It's a tie, I think.

MY PERFUME. I first smelt it when I got a generic sample from a perfumery in Egypt in my teens. A lady never reveals her perfume, but all scents by this guy were made for my skin. Ppl have stopped me to ask what I'm wearing - men so they can get it for their girlfriends. Y'all..
Anyway... I did this thread because I tend to talk more about the brands that have wronged me than the ones that I'm happy with. There are many I didn't mention - Tri-Gen, Ulta, Splendelli by Arix, Simfer, American-market LG.I hope you guys try - and enjoy - some of these! ❤️
