Life is very tricky.
If you're too naïve you'll find yourself confused, wrapped up in a fearful existence. We must be sure we learn how to think. We can't allow ourselves to be blind brainwashed fools.
We must be healthy skeptics.

Others expectations are not important...
This is very tough to overcome, at least the people pleaser I used to be thinks so.
It's nice to be liked.
More important than being liked is being true to yourself.

You want to graduate from that conformist state of mind, life is not about fitting in and copying others.
What are the things that make you you?

Nobody knows what you should be doing more than you.
It can be difficult to bet on yourself.
What's even more difficult is working a soul sucking job and being full of regret when you can't help but ask "what if?".

Not saying quit your job lol.
Just implying that humans are meant to be creating, building and advancing...
So at least have something of that nature on the side, maybe with an aim to make it a full time thing.

Another trap is to be mad at the hand you were dealt.
It's so convenient right, oh how unlucky I am, IF ONLY...
That mindset is absolute bullshit.

Instead you can practice being a bit thankful, just for a few seconds a day.
Start small my friends, build with time.
And begin doing something, working out is the simplest place anyone can start.

Falling into complacency is too common.
We live in amazing times, most of us have so much luxury...
This means we must SEEK discomfort.

If you choose to avoid uncomfortable reflection and action you're destroying your potential, the greatest sin anyone can commit. We must grow strong. You need to understand life's challenges, the hard feelings, they're thrown at you to build you - it's an opportunity.

Stop chasing things.
Ladies and wealth are my biggest temptations.
It's priceless when you realize these things will never change your life at the core, they can surely change your experience, but without a definite inner peace they don't matter.

Solution:
Build your inner peace gradually as you prepare your future self to be ready for the wealth and ladies.
Your external is a reflection of the internal.

The lack of personal questioning.
This is why you may struggle to make changes.
You need to be crystal clear on why you want to change and what your alternative to the desired shift is.
Use the alternative as fuel.

Fu^king start journaling.
Seriously can do 5M a day... Just start.
You want a clear mind, I know you do. Writing is the direct act of clarifying your thoughts and organizing the mess within your mind.

Not betting on self.
You can build your own dream life, or you can be a pawn for somebody's.
Listen to your gut feel, ask deep and positive questions, follow your truest interest and don't let people tell you what you should do.
Learn from many different great sources.

Invest your energy.
We all got 24HR days, yet some people are amazing while others are barely conscious.
How?
High conscious people understand the temporariness of reality.
They choose to make the most of every moment knowing this all ends.

You appreciate what you do because you know it doesn't last forever.
Transmute this fact into fuel.

First, most of us don't even know where to begin... What do we enjoy?

Jump into the unknown.
This is how you learn what you enjoy, I had no idea I would love psychology until I started learning about it in relation to my stock market education.
Same goes for speaking, labeled myself an introvert until I started the podcast.
