On most days consistency beats intensity.
Consistency makes what it is you deal with a habit, it is a habit with you means it is something you can almost take up anytime and any day; it means it is something you can instinctually respond to in heated up moments.
It's a habit with you already means It's something you've come to love and learnt to love doing. And with that it means even on days when you don't feel like going on because you can't feel in your grasp the desired result you would still step up to the charge because whatever
it's you deal with has been woven into that part of you that works autonomically; because the passion love comes with can you push you to go on; because what it's you deal with has taken an uppermost room in your heart.
Habits knows well, how to yield long term results and take
us to destination in ways we never thought, that is why to achieve a goal that seems larger than you, focus on the daily habits that would convey you to the desired destination than the destination itself. That will prevent burn out and help you to start easily without being
saddled with procrastination fueled by seeing the task as too much to embark on straight away.
One more interesting thing about habit is that you don't usually need to follow an exerting, intense
routine to etch something into your being.
Read 30 minutes daily,
write at least 100 words daily,
or whatever it is you want to venture into, intentionally expend 2minutes into doing the bit you can do with what you have and you will find yourself easing you into those deals.
