“Part-time” Arcaka-s: Arcakas who are either professionals or traditional scholars can have Āgama learning, AcArya-abhiSekam & modern edu integrated & end their Āgama edu with 2-3 years of temple service.

@samsayagni Set-up organizations to help both young men & women of such communities pursue modern edu together with traditional learning so that they will be more open to marrying purohitas/arcakas.

@samsayagni If situation gets too critical, we *have* to see if we can promote vivāhas between arcakas & lay Smārtas or even Vaidikas. We have to stop looking at such unions as if they are anuloma or pratiloma. Too much stubbornness will not be helpful beyond a point.
