During the Covid pandemic, we broke down a list of all the activities in property management that could be done virtually and those that had to be done in person. Attached is our list.
Half of our property management team is now located in the Philippines. Despite this, the division has yet to turn a profit. Without the off-shore staff, we would incur losses. It's a business that needs scale.
