3 fascinating facts about your breath you probably didn't know:
You lose over 80% of fat through your breath.
Fat is stored in cells called "adipocytes" → as compounds known as "triglycerides."
Triglycerides consist of:
→Hydrogen
→Oxygen
→Carbon
And eventually break into:
20% → H2O
80% → CO2
You exhale both in every breath!
Biology suggests the ideal breath is roughly ~11 seconds.
→5.5 second inhale
→5.5 second exhale

This breathing rate creates an ideal balance between:
→Decreased strain on the heart
→Increased circulation
Your breath is the 1 and ONLY autonomic function you can control.
You can't control:
→Your nervous system
→Your digestive system
→Your circulatory system
→Your reproductive system
But you can indirectly impact EACH of these using your breath.
