Some Tricks To Utilize Fair Value Gaps Efficiently📝
I'm going to be talking about tricks about FVGs in this thread. I think you all will love it.
Some of them allows us to determine high probablity trading conditions better, while others help us to see opportunities.

THREAD🧵
TRICK #1
Crack in correlation (SMT) inside FVGs. Smart money accumulation/distribution is an imortant thing to confirm, before entering a trade. We all know FVGs are used to trade continuations, not reversals.
So, we technically trade the reversals inside continuation.

Rest is depending on your model, once SMT is formed inside a FVG. Market structure or reading the failed/supported PD arrays might be your approach to price.
TRICK #2
IOFED (Institutional Orderflow Entry Drill) comes from the FVGs, that are overlapped with BPRs from previous curve of MMXMs.
So, you know that price won't even reach up to its equilibrium(CE) beforehand. Price will enter and leave inside of the FVG quickly. 👍

TRICK #3
FVGs that are filled completely (that are balanced completely) might be sign of change in the state of delivery. You can think this as breaking in market structure.

I don't advice using failed premium FVG as discount array blindly. If context supports it, you can do that coupled with time of the day or day of the week etc.
However, creating bullish bias under this FVG by considering this failed FVG as market structure break helps a lot.
However, creating bullish bias under this FVG by considering this failed FVG as market structure break helps a lot.
As it seens on example 3rd, the candle A didn't close above H1 FVG, so it's not BPR, but that FVG was failed. Since the time of the day isn't correct during that time, we didn't get bullish signatures. (On lower timeframes too.) Plus, we've got judas swing higher, not lower.
We've got New york reversal later on off H4 Orderblock.
TRICK #4
I call it as "Internal SMT". This occurs, when price doesn't fill any premium/discount FVG, where other correlated asset fills that. This can be used for bias and entry both.

As it seens on example 4th, EURUSD left that H4 FVG, while GBPUSD fills it. This can be entry for short term trade or can provide you a bearish bias for daytrade or scalp entries.
TRICK #5
You might have relatively efficient price action on one of correlated assets, while other one is quite inefficient.
Your eyes should be locked onto orderblocks on relatively more efficient asset, when you should be caring FVGs on the other one.

As soon as price touches the orderblock on one of correlated asset or the benchmark asset, such as DXY, other asset shouldn't touch the orderblock.
And here it is! Your trade is ready from that FVG.

TRICK #6
Don't remove FVGs from your charts, after it's being traded. Pay more attention to reclaimed and old FVGs. Recycle them! ♻️
Those FVGs might lead you to see new trade opportunities, especially the higher time frame FVGs.
