Healthy habits men must keep:
1. Making and keeping promises to themselves.
2. Doing what theyโ€™re supposed to do every single day.

8. Strength training and sprints.
9. Completely removing porn from their life.
10. Removing alcohol.
(for long periods of time)
11. Getting sunlight.
12. Avoiding pointless sex.
13. Creating as much money as possible.
14.Spending properly until theyโ€™re making a lot of money.
(continue to spend wisely)
15. Cutting off de-motivated, weak friends.
16. Cutting off women who donโ€™t meet their needs or disrespect them.
17. Being okay with losing people who donโ€™t accept them.
18. Approaching beautiful women.
19. Talking to strangers.
20. Communicate directly.
