How to finish more work in 4 hours than 80% of people do in 1 week:
#1 Prepare your subconscious one day before.
Before sleep, create a mindful intention in your head that tomorrow is going to be a productive day.
The best is to visualize it.
During your sleep, your subconscious is going to gather resources for your future day.
#2 Write your main tasks one day before.
Don't start your day messy without clarity on what you are gonna do.
Write it down.
Give realistic time for each task.
#3 Short morning meditation.
I can guarantee you that your focus is going to be better than with any "focus drug" on the market.
15 min. of morning meditation can do magic to your brain.
#4 Bold focus during work time.
• Phone on silent, far away from you.
• Headphones - if you need some focus music.
• One task - One browser task. Close everything else.
#5 Give restricted time for each task.
Our brain works better with an order.
Put a time intention for each task. And stick to it.
Some people use the "Pomodoro time system". You can also try it out.
#6 Use red-green table signs if you work in a team.
Green sign = team members can ask you questions.
Red sign = you are in the middle of an important task. Questions later...
#7 Right working environment - FOR YOU.
Know yourself and stop listening to "the best working environment" advices.
It's unique for each person.
• Coffeshops.
• Hotel lobby.
• Co-working.
• Home office.
Know your focus style.
