I feel we need to have reformed policies.
In a country like Nigeria where 1 out of every 3 person doesn't have access to food. We cannot afford to be throwing food away
Rather let's bring up policies that will help make sure leftovers are healthy and monitor workers

If food outlets close by 8 or whatever time..how about we have organizations that have food storage and transport chains that can safely deliver food to homeless children and people in need
Of course we'd agree in food businesses there will be shortage or excesses
How about food outlets having personnels who solely repack the food safely and in a healthy way to ensure safe consumption by those who will eat them

Take a look at our poverty figures...have a look at our food scarcity index..have a look at the number of people who don't have access to potable water
My submission is we need workable policies. We cannot be trashing food when people are dying of hunger.
