From 2011 i am touring across the country.i have visited rural branches of every nook and corner of my bank right from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Goa to guwahati.must have visited more than 3000 branches half of them rural and semi urban spending at least 1/2 hour in a branch

During the course of visits i prefer to stay in a comrade house . Indo not like staying in a hotel . preferred mode of travel is train for a distance up to 1000 km . Whenever there is a general body meeting i insist on every participant to speak and i am the last one to speak .

Because we speak what we know but we learn a lot when we hear others . Though i must say i am lucky one for not being criticised by any comrade in any meeting though i love to hear critical comments about myself and my working because that gives me opportunity to improve

Through our hard work perseverance and tenacity and with help of numerous of my young comrades and other office bearers we have been able to built a pan India association in last one decade from a modest base .though i am all india GS of my association (AIPNBOF from last 8 years

Yet i love to meet and interact with new comrades every day .that is my passion & has been able to stand with my comrades on every occasion when ever things have been brought to my notice .any common member can reach to me & call any time .one should be always humble and grounded
