Fruits are supposed to have seeds. The reason why modern fruits are unhealthy is because most of them are bioengineered to make them sweeter—they’re highly sweetened, more appealing to the eyes, and more long lasting. If you buy a fruit and it is seedless, something is wrong.
I see people brag when they buy seedless water melon, it’s not supposed to be so, likely, the watermelon may have been bioengineered to make it more appealing to the eyes and far more sweeter than it should be.
Most fruits don’t have seeds because they have been bioengineered in one way or the other.
How can you buy an orange and there’s no single seed inside? Buy watermelon (the king of seeds) and there’s no single seed inside? Something is wrong, it’s no longer a fruit because fruits are supposed to have seeds.
How do you solve this?
1. Don’t binge on sugary fruits, that won’t do you good.
2. Eat more of non-sugary fruits and vegetables e.g cucumber, carrots, garden-egg, etc.
3. Get your fruits from the locals, most of the fruits they sell is straight from the farm and they’re organic.

More than anything, prioritize proteins. They’re the best.
See, before, fruits were seasonal, modern fruits are available all year round. Anytime you show, you go see am. There are questions you should ask yourself. Growing up, when you licked oranges 90%, it had massive seeds, watermelon are full of seeds, but what of modern fruits?
Check how sugary they were before and now, the difference is unimaginable. Someone who is living with diabetes do not even need sugary fruits, to be honest.
