Become unstoppable with these 4 daily habits:
• Reading
Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, and daily reading assures I do that.
It only takes one sentence, paragraph, or chapter to make the hours worth it.
The excuse that action is better is bogus. Few actually read without action.
• Goal Review
Most goals are really just dreams rebranded.
Instead of dreaming, make your goals real.
Use the SMART goals framework and review them regularly.
They should always connect back to values & daily actions.
• Exercise
Daily exercise keeps you mentally & physically sharp.
It helps:
- Improve mood
- Increase performance
- Reduces risk of disease
- Manage weight & health
- Live a longer life
• Prayer
As a Christian, prayer reminds me:
- Who I am
- Who God is
- God is in control
- To think of others first
- To reframe my circumstances
Even if not religious, use meditation, affirmation, & gratitude to get similar benefits.
There is a lot of hype around building habits, but most complicate it.
Identify the most impactful one and focus on it alone.
