1. How to guarantee weight loss:
Stop the obsession with keto, intermittent fasting, & weight watchers.
These are distractions.
Your #1 focus needs to be a calorie deficit... because without this, you'll see 0 results in weight loss.
2. What foods do you eat?
This is by far the most sustainable approach I've found:
80% of the time eat highly nutritious food
• no seed oils
• whole foods
• no added sugars
20% of the time eat what you want
• ice cream
• pizza & beer
• burgers & fries
3. How to minimize hunger:
My clients tell me they feel less hungry now than they did when they were gaining weight. Here's how:
They eat 0.8-1g of protein per pound of target bodyweight.
And they push most food into their ravenous window (the window when you get most hungry).
4. How should you workout?
Here's what I tell guys inside Default Kings:
"Cardio is like day trading for quick profits (burns calories). Weight training is like investing for passive income (boosts metabolism)."
Focus on weight training. This will make the weight loss STICK.
5. How to be consistent:
Most of all, you need to build healthy default actions.
Default actions are the unconscious habits we do regardless of how we feel.
Doing this properly, you will workout and eat healthy on autopilot.
And as a result, fat will melt off automatically.
You are capable.
You will overcome.
You can climb the mountain (and stay there).
I've seen men lose 100+ pounds, overcome divorce, and feel confident for the 1st time.
If they can do, you can do it.
You CAN reinvent yourself.
