People rely on you. Clients, friends, family, spouses etc... It's your duty to take care of yours. People need leaders. Someone to do the dirty work in the shadows. Someone to rely on so they can live their lives happily. It's your job to be the Itachi's of the world
Look at any popular TV show/movie/media outlet. Who are your favorite male characters? What do these characters all have in common? They're fixers. They don't complain. They don't yap or whine about shit. They just get it done. Many lessons to learn from this
