- List out all your given tasks.
- Place them into 1 of these 4 sections:

1) Urgent & important tasks.
These are tasks you need to complete asap and will directly impact your goals.

2) Important, but not urgent tasks.
These tasks are important for your long-term goals but don’t need immediate attention.

If you can, have someone do these tasks for you.
