A High probability market structure shift is formed when
A fair value gap gets balanced, and price moves away from gap, forming either a high or a low
Price breaks through Low or high after liquidity has been taken
These lows and highs are called intermediate term highs & lows

In order for a MSS to be high probability you must need HTF context to line up a high probability stop run.
