🛶 Ruins of Rayashrestha Pratapaditya's naval fort, where military ships were built and repaired, Dudhali, Satkhira, BD.
Here various types of boats were built and repaired for King Pratapaditya's navy. There were advanced military boats of various shapes and types.

The boats used in war were some with narrow, some with large sails. Built in the 16th century, this naval fort still stands as a broken single-storied building measuring 410 feet by 210 feet.

According to the original design of the fort, this naval fort is 100 feet long in the north-south direction. The size of the rooms of the fort with a total of 5 rooms are - the first from the north side is 20 feet 6 inches by 14 feet,

the second is 20 feet 6 inches by 14 feet, the third is 2 feet 6 inches by 9 feet 6 inches. There were two domes on the room and one on the fourth room. Even though centuries have passed, it is not difficult to recognize the rooms according to the design.

As can be guessed from the layout, the first room was used for the public, the second as an office, the third for storing equipment, the fourth as a bedroom and the fifth as a bathroom.
