But most people use 90% LEFT brain and only 10% RIGHT brain.
Here's how meditation can help:
Meditation helps you quiet your left brain.
Your left brain lives in the past or future.
Your left brain is responsible for:
→Daily Actions & Tasks
→Analytical Thought
→Critical Thought
→Language
Meditation helps quiet the left brain → allowing for right-left cohesion.
Meditation helps you access your right brain.
Your right brain lives in the present.
Your right brain is responsible for:
→Connectedness
→Epiphanies
→Inspiration
→Creativity
→Intuition
→Music
Meditation allows you to hear your right brain.
On a physical level → meditation enlarges the "corpus callosum," a structure that serves as a bridge connecting your right & left brain.
Meditation also relaxes the brain → increasing both gray & white matter, and improving neuroplasticity.
Meditation makes your brain BIGGER.
Regular meditation can:
Shrink the part of the brain responsible for:
→Anxiety
→Stress
→Fear
Grow the part of the brain responsible for:
→Creative Problem-Solving
→Happiness
→Love
You don't meditate to get good at meditating.
You meditate to upgrade your brain.
Meditation will:
→Improve neuroplasticity & brain cohesion
→Improve your emotional regulation
→Increase the size of your brain
→Increase love & happiness
→Decrease fear & anxiety
Meditation is an investment of 15 minutes.
