Amazon restricts new sellers from selling a lot of the largest brands and categories as a fresh account
With the requirement to unlock them being invoices with combined 10+ units from an authorized distributor

This used to be very hard to obtain, until Amazon started to include most website order confirmation receipts & packing slips as invoices
Let's talk about where to order to get ungated for a lot of the big brands + categories
1. All the big toy brands

Luckily the brand websites are great opportunities to find profitable products in these items too.

Don't overcomplicate this, especially for the #1 and #3 I recommend finding something profitable first then using that to ungate, and for #2 I recommend just doing something and selling it for a small loss.
