This 34 year male ,well educated and from a good family was referred with gambling ,stealing money from parents wallets and promiscuous behaviour.1/n
On detailed history it was found that he had symptoms of pain in both his legs especially on lying down and at night disrupting his sleep .2/n
He googled his symptoms & self diagnosed his condition and treatment as β Restless leg syndrome β & had started taking PRAMIPEXOLE. Soon after he started the drug, he had significant improvement in his symptoms & he continued the medications for more than a year .3/n
Now his parents brought him to hospital and got evaluated . Pramipexole was found to be the culprit for his behaviour and his leg pain was due to disc prolapse.He is undergoing treatment at present .4/n
