As you grow, you need to learn the habits required to fight adversity with grace and emerge the winner
1/ EMBRACE IT
Begin fighting through life's difficulties by embracing the reality
Many are forced into denying and retreating to the confines of their comfort zones
When life knocks you down hard, do this;
