2. Build a niche of ONE
Your Audience = Your Content
Identify:
• Your skills
• Your interests
• What's in demand
The intersection will be your niche & content pillars.

3. Write a high converting Bio
Use these templates:
The Creator's Bio = [What are you sharing + What's in it for your audience + Why listen to you + What are you working on]
The Builder's Bio = [Who are you + What are you building + What is your goal]

Use Twitter lists to create 2 lists:
• People with the same following as you

Tweets: 3x per day:
AM: Inspirational.
Mid-Day: How to/advice.
PM: Opinion/ Build in public.

7. Stay Consistent
