Vishnu Purana 3.10.16 "A man should marry a girl 1/3 of his age"

Shankaracharya Mahaswamigal in his book Hindu Dharma mentions that a girl should be married when she is 7 years old.
Here he equate general idea of Hindus that Upanayana = Marriage for girls (Manusmriti 2.96)

Manusmriti 9.94 "A man thirty years old shall marry a charming maiden twelve years old; or one twenty four years old, a damsel eight years old; in the event of his duties suffering, he may do it sooner."

Mahabharata 13.44.14 "A person of thirty years of age should wed a girl of ten years of age called a Nagnika. Or, a person of one and twenty years of age should wed a girl of seven years of age"

Founder of Iskcon Swami Prabhupada mentioned that a 80 year old man can marry a 6 year old girl, there is no fixed age but girl should always be younger than man

Swami karpatri mentions in his book Marxwaad aur Ram rajya pp 223 "A girl starts getting s3xual feelings, thats why shastras ordain that a girl should be married before her menstruation starts"

Swami prabhupada also mentioned "As soon as a woman attains the age of puberty, she immediately becomes very much agitated by s3xual desire. It is therefore the duty of the father to get his daughter married before she attains puberty. "

Neo Hindu claims that Ayurveda mentions that a girl should be married at age of 16
This is not true. Sushruta samhita sharir adhyay 10.53 mentions अथस्माई पंचविशतिवर्षाय, द्वादशवर्षिं पत्निमावाहे। Which means a 25 yr old man should marry a 12 yr old girl

Narada smriti 12.27 "A father should give away his daughter (in marriage) as soon her menses appear"

Brihaspati smriti 24.3 "If the father does not marry before during her menstruation or if a Husband does't have intercourse with her during her periods they become legally reprehensible and deserving of punishment."

Vyasa Samhita 2.7 “... He, who does not give away a daughter in marriage before she attains puberty, becomes degraded.”

Samvarta Samhita verses 66-68 "By seeing a maiden in menses, her mother, father and eldest brother these three go to he|l. Therefore one should espouse a maiden before she has menstruated; the marriage of an eight years old maiden is most preferrable.”

Italian traveller like Peter Mundy notes about Hindu customs

In Nepal, Hindus believe that marrying a girl before puberty will give them a seat in heaven

Hindu scriptures command that every Hindu should marry Nagnika ( Mahabharata 13.44.13, Hiranyakeshi Grihyasutra 1.19.2, Gobhil Grihasutra 3.4.6 and Manav grihyasutra 1.7.8)
Native commentators gave different meanings to Nagnika but in all cases it means pre pubescent girl.

Bhavishya Purana Brahma parva 182 , Grihyasangrah and Gobhila Grihya sutra mentions :
कुचहीना नग्निका
That is girl without brests is called Nagnika

Smriti chandrika pp 213 mentions :
यावच्चेलं न गृह्णाति यावत्क्रीडति पांसुभिः ।
यात्रदोषं न जानाति तावद्भवति नग्निका
That is, when a girl doesn't start wearing clothes, when she plays in Mud. She is known as Nagnika.

Some Neo Hindus claim that Marriage isn't consummation in Hinduism.
This is again a lie.
Here is the Garbhadan sanskara explained by a Hindu nationalist, therefore a husband should have intercourse with his wife after appearance of first menses.

Intercourse after first menstruation is compulsory in Hinduism.
Manusmriti 9.4 "censurable is the father who does not marry her and censurable is the husband who approaches her not"
Medhatithi mentions : ‘Who does not approach her’-Who does not have intercourse with her.

Intercourse is also compulsory.
Baudhyana Dharmasutra 4.1.21-22 "Husband who doesn't have intercourse with his wife after her menstruation commits sin, a wife who rejects husband advancements should be cast out from the village"

Kulluka bhatt also recommends that a man should marry a girl 1/3 of his age (त्रिभागवयस्का)

Panchatantra 3.211 on pre-puberty marriages of girl
A seer quotes "A girl should be married when she plays in mud (as a child), before she starts displaying shame."

Kalyana-Kalpataru by Gita press Vol. 33 pp 293 mentions
"The rule relating to the age of the girl at the time of marriage also infringes our Sanatana Dharma.... At the age of 12 she attains her puberty. She must be married before attaining her puberty."
