You always hear it so I won't go too in death... but you need to understand your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Where do your ideal prospects hang out on?
LinkedIn? Social Media? Twitter? Email? Job boards?
What are their biggest struggles? Etc.

After this, you just need to pick THREE outreach channels.
That's all you need.
You don't need to do cold email + LinkedIn + cold calling + Twitter DM's + short form + YouTube videos + more all together.
That would be helpful, but that's unsustainable for a one-man crew.

The channels I rely on are cold email, UpWork, and Twitter.
Right now I send 300 cold emails a day, 3 UpWork proposals a day, and 4-5 Tweets a day.
Cold email and UpWork are most helpful for my ICP, while my Twitter isn't (there aren't many ecom owners on Twitter)

Use Instantly to send cold emails and use Apollo to get leads, send 300 or so a day (more the better).

1. Personalized first line
2. Case study
3. Call to action
