If you don’t master your own mind, you’ll struggle to keep consistency with any worthwhile habit.

Everyone tells you to do meditation, but the problem I’ve been seeing is most people are treating meditation COMPLETELY WRONG.

They just set a timer for 5-10 minutes and close their eyes, hoping it passes by as quickly as possible. Just something to check off the “habit tracker”.

How long does your “WORK OUT” period last? I’d say it really differs based on the individual
I know some who enjoy doing these in 25 min intervals a la pomodoro technique
And others who do 1.5h chunks of work (I find this works best for me since 25 min is too short to go deep)
