But Tradovate makes it very difficult to figure out how to change the chart settings.

Candle Color Change: 1/3
On the chart click on the gear icon "Configure Chart Elements"
On the chart click on the gear icon "Configure Chart Elements"

On your chart whichever symbol you have pulled up will show here along with your current timeframe. So yours will be different than mine
Just click on the symbol

Depending on whether your computer is in Light or Dark Mode you can specify and name a theme.
