LIQUOR EXCISE POLICY SCAM: INTERESTING STORY.
There was an agreement among all accused that every three days, they will break their mobile phones, Sim cards & destroy them by burning them in a furnace so that no digital evidence remains and no one could blackmail
anyone in future. But three accused, Dinesh Arora, Amit Arora and Arjun Pandey knew that this gang is very cunning, so they did not destroy their phones, SIM cards and lied to Manish Sisodia, that they have destroyed their phones. The gang changed 500 phones in just six months.
Sisodia alone changed 170 phones..When the screws were tightened, Dinesh, Amit and Arjun realised that the tender has gone from their hands, the ₹80 crores they had given, also gone and Sisodia was enjoying and
having fun.
That is when they told the CBI that they are willing
to be approvers and gave all evidences.
Manish Sisodia was not aware that these three did not destroy their phones. Later, when CBI called him questioning, Manish inquired at his own level, when he got to know that these three have given their phones, SIM cards to CBI and CBI
has now got a lot of evidence. He was shell shocked.
After that Sisodia was convinced that now CBI would arrest him. So he did all those gimmicks and dramatics.
He went to meet his mother, cited his sick wife to play sympathy victim card, went to Rajghat and did a photo shot
in front of Gandhi's samadhi, etc.
It happens in very few cases that when the CBI or the police asks for the remand of an accused, the court gives it for many days.Yesterday, the CBI asked the Rouse Avenue court to give Sisodia's remand for five days and got the same.
After seeing all the evidences in the court, the judge admitted that there are many more things and people yet to be exposed and concluded that Manish Sisodia is guilty and gave his five days' remand to the CBI.
