A ban is a sanction given for breaching one or more regulations. As of now, that’s not the case for Barca. No ban has been given. Barca are 100% allowed to sign players in the summer, given they meet some requirements.

We are back to Financial Fair Play. By selling parts of the club (economic levers), our yearly income was lowered. Depending on our reported budget, we get a salary cap. According to Tebas, Barca have to raise approximately €200m.
