Here are 9 practical ways to improve yourself on a daily basis:
1.Set specific and achievable goals:
Having clear goals with some written plans can help you stay focused & motivated.
Set small, achievable goals that you can work towards each day.
For example: "I'll launch my book "The Missing Pieces of Success" before the end of June."
If you're still confused, you don't any therapy, but you do need mathematics.
Like it's quite simple. No rocket science.
2.Practice gratitude:
Focusing on the things you are grateful for can help you feel more positive and motivated.
Try starting each day by writing down a few things you are grateful for.
The science behind the repetition of this process is that you're reminding yourself:
"If I can achieve this earlier, then I'm capable to achieve that, too. No one can stop me."
3.Get enough sleep:
Sleep deprivation causes:
- Slowed thinking
- Reduced attention span
- Worsened memory
- Poor or risky decision-making
- Lack of energy
- Feelings of stress, anxiety & irritability
Getting enough sleep is important for your physical and mental health.

Excercise quickens our breathing system and increases blood flow.

That boosts your mood, energy, and confidence.
Regular exercise has numerous benefits, including improving your physical health, and mental clarity.
Find a form of exercise that you enjoy and make it a part of your daily routine.
I remember when I first started reading on self-improvement books in 2017, I found this tip was almost common in each book.
So, I started exercising without second thinking. Since then, it's still in my daily routine.
Now, I enjoy strength, focus, creativity, & mindfulness.
5. Walk regularly.
Cave men used to walk for 15 KM per day in order to hunt for food.
That our brain and body develop due to walking and roaming.
But these days, siting corporate jobs destroys this human habit.
Walking 6-8K steps activates BDNP Protein factor in your body.
That rejuvenates dead cells and smoothen the blood flow in your body.
And ultimately your brain gets benefitted from it.
When you brain is healthy, your life becomes happy.
5. Learn something new.
Keeping your mind active and engaged can help you continue to grow and improve.

6. Practice self-care.
Make time for activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul.
This could include things like meditation, journaling, or spending time in nature.
7. Seek feedback.
Asking for feedback from others can help you identify areas for improvement and give you a new perspective on your strengths and weaknesses.
8. Reflect on your progress.
Taking the time to reflect on your progress and accomplishments can help you stay motivated and celebrate your growth.
Remember, self-improvement is a continuous process and it's okay to have setbacks.
