This is BYOK (bring your own keys) so its not truly free, as you'll have to use an OpenAI API key.
But its cheaper than basically any online transcriber available.
Whisper: $0.006/min
Others: $30mo/minimum with limits.

I could make truly free (no keys) by running my own infra on @modal_labs. But it would take a little more effort to get up and running.
So for now, I'm happy with this weekend side project.
