Most people suck at Sales.
But if you avoid these 10 common mistakes, I guarantee you won’t:
1. Talking about the weather.
Your sales conversations are to treat business, not fix politics or the weather.
Build rapport fast, then move on to business.
2. Selling, instead of helping.
If you are pitching or convincing, you are failing.
Instead, focus on helping your prospects to understand these 3 things:
· Where they´re at?
· Where they wanna be?
· How will they get there?
Show the problem, and show the solution.
3. Being too rigid.
Conversations can take different paths.
You need to stay flexible during the Sales journey and adapt to it.
4. Following Sales scripts.
People buy from people, not robots.
Instead of following scripts, follow structures.
5. Not handling objections.
I recently read from an influencer that they handle objections, by ignoring them?
Horrible mistake.
· Ignoring an objection is ignoring a client's need.
Always acknowledge the concern, agree, and find a solution.
6. Arguing with customers.
In Sales it's not opposites attract.
In Sales, people buy from people who are ALIKE.

✅· Start solving.
7. Not asking for the Sale.
34% of Entrepreneurs NEVER offer their services at the end of a call.
You can't close a deal, if you don't ask for it.
8. Giving discounts.
Discounts showcase that you're unsure about the quality of your product.
They devalue your worth and reputation.
· Pro Tip:
Instead offer loyalty rewarding, for clients who work with you 6+ months.
9. Being too friendly.
If you are too nice, you risk losing status and being taken serious.
You want to be approachable while staying professional.
10. Having too many offers.
Having 3+ offers will trigger the Paradox of Choice.
It is an effect, in which more choices, mean less capacity to make a decision.
You want to have 1-2 main proposals of an offer. Otherwise, it's overwhelming.
