Firstly, there is no quick fix or magic potion to stop stress.
You need to take control of your life.
How do you do this?

๐Ÿ”ธCreate a plan to manage your days and organise yourself to address these stresses
You DO NOT have to live your life on the edge of your nerves.
STOP trying to please everybody.
GET yourself a plan of action.
