those "PC optimizers" (Not all) are actually fucking up things they don't know about and crippling things in the Windows core settings/files itself aka reg, they charge ppl for changing deprecated features that aren't taking any resources or doesn't affect anything at all

PC optimizations should be free and basic for everyone and if he doesn't know, No money is needed at all to optimize your PC, just a few things to take care of, the rest is bullshit, deprecated features, and useless bunch of reg changes that actually fully break other things

Windows Related Optimizations:
- Turn off mouse acceleration
- Turn off Xbox Game Bar
- [Win10] Go to Settings > Privacy > Background apps > Turn off the top toggle
- Settings > Focus Assist > Turn every toggle off
- Search Edit Power plan and make it High performance

BIOS settings related, are kinda tricky as some UEFIs are different, but here are few things to make sure they are enabled,
-enable XMP or D.O.C.P(amd)
-If your gpu is 30 series+, enable Resizable Bar
-Disable Global C states, as there is bug in flow of transitions of states
