He is using the same 1-minute FB Ads that are working on FB, as his YouTube Ads.
And that's a problem because YouTube is a totally different platform than FB, and requires a totally different creative strategy.
And here's how to fix this problem...

YouTube is where people go to LEARN or to be ENTERTAINED.
So your YouTube Ads MUST be educational & entertaining.
YouTube Ads also prefer ads under 3-minutes, but 1-minute is simply too short to really offer anything that's NOT free...
Here's a simple framework to follow that can also apply to Ecom products as well:
