If you struggle with consistency, read this to start thriving TODAY:
1. Goals
If you’ve struggled, you haven’t had specific and realistic goals.
You should have simple, measurable goals when trying to accomplish something specific.
2. Schedule
Once you have those goals, you need a schedule for yourself.
A schedule will help you plan your day to finish everything on time.
3. Reminders
You must have reminders around your home or on your phone to keep these goals in mind.
Reviewing your goals weekly is not enough; you need to do it daily.
4. Promises
Don’t take lightly the promises you make to yourself.
It’s not okay to break promises to anyone, including yourself.
5. Rewards
Big and small goals need to be rewarded throughout the process.
When you trigger your mind with rewards, you train it to like the habits you’re making.
6. Mistakes
Realize mistakes are part of the journey.
Plan for failure and commit to not giving up because of it.
7. Breaks
Doesn’t matter what it is; you can only work so much.
Build in small breaks throughout the day, week and month, so you don’t burn out.
8. Motivation
Discipline will get you to the end, but motivation will get you started.
It’s important to find motivation for doing what you’re doing, or you’ll give up easily.
9. Accountability
Have someone text you every day to ask you how you’re doing.
In Telegram, they can even schedule the message so they won’t ever forget to ask.
10. Time
Never forget change takes time.
Most people give up too soon; keep going.
11. Boundaries
Before taking on new tasks or promises, establish what you are willing and able to do to reach these goals.
12. Wins
Stack your wins.
On a calendar, mark every day that you reach your goals.
Your main goal is never to miss a day and stack one win after another.
13. Negative Thinking
Negative thinking is the bane of consistency and willpower.
How you think will make or break your ability finally be consistent.
Summary:
The biggest thing on this list for *most* people is accountability.
They aren’t consistent because they aren’t held accountable.
It’s a fact that people have become more consistent with more accountability.
Get accountability in your life and watch your goals 🚀🚀
