On the 1 minute, the equal highs must be formed anytime after 8:30 and before 4:00 to have the highest probability of working

Another thing, I find on the 1 minute it must be at least 3, but you could use two on the 5 minute or above
Anything on the hour above 2 is for sure enough

Here is an example from today, if these were only two equal highs this would not have been my target but this was the only thing keeping me bullish even on them dump, there was no good long setup until 12:18 then another one at 12:32 if you missed first
