$ES here is why I avoided today's AM session. Clear range from Asia, London expansion until 9:30 Open, H1 fvg and PWH raided for DOL, then consolidates/retraces during NY AM session. If you got chopped up this AM try and understand why the conditions weren't in your favor.
Yes you can still have profitable trades during consolidation/retracements but you want to be in the expansion move instead as price delivery is a lot cleaner and faster towards your DOL.
