What is Linea?
Linea is a type 2 zero knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine (zkEVM). A zkEVM replicates the Ethereum environment as a rollup and allows developers to build on it as they would on the Ethereum mainnet.

What you want to do next is to add the @LineaBuild network, you can do that automatically by updating your @MetaMask
extension, open your extension manager and turn on developer mode, and tap on update then you will see the network after the update is complete.

Another method is to do it manually you can do that manually by adding the RPC details below by going to "Add network" then tapping on "Add network manually" and enter the following details below into that place.
Network Name: Linea
RPC URL: rpc.goerli.linea.build
Chain ID: 59140
Currency Symbol: ETH
Block Explorer URL: explorer.goerli.linea.build
RPC URL: rpc.goerli.linea.build

Good, moving on what you will need next is to get Goerli ETH using a faucet. Compared to Mainnet, transactions cost a lot less. Therefore, 0.1 ETH is sufficient to run a simple workflow.
You can get it from goerlifaucet.com you will have to sign up.

Now we need to Bridge the funds.
Go to: goerli.hop.exchange and connect your wallet and set it to bridge from "Goerli" to "Linea" like the image below, and then enter the amount and tap on "send" and Confirm the transaction in your wallet, this should take about 3–4 minutes.

Good, Now to perform some transactions, create a new wallet using your metamask, and send the Linea ETH that we just bridged in your old wallet to that new wallet that you just created.

Good after that go to swap.goerli.linea.build and connect your wallet as usual then Click on “Select Token” Click on "crUSDC" or "crWETH" and then Enter an amount, Increase slippage to about 50% to complete the transaction.
Confirm your swap, Use very ” ETH to swap, as there is less liquidity at the moment, if you try to use a high amount of ETH, your transaction might fail, Confirm the Transaction that comes up, It takes around 2–3 minute for the transaction to complete.
And that is all you are done with that part.
