Understanding Bile
π§ͺ Bile is a yellow/green fluid that resides in the gallbladder, made from the liver
Bile Contents:
π§ͺ water
π§ͺ bile salts
π§ͺ bilirubin
π§ͺ copper
π§ͺ cholesterol

Bileβs Job:
π§ͺ help digestion by breaking down fat from food
π§ͺ absorb fat-soluble vitamins

Who (Typically) Gets Gallstones?
π¦ Women more than men
π¦ People with excess weight
π¦ Those 40+ in age
π¦ High-fat dieters
Anyone can get them though!

Types of Gallstones
π¦ Cholesterol - most common and green/yellow in color. Form from excess cholesterol
π¦ Pigment - dark colored, less common, containing bilirubin. Sometimes connected to liver or blood disorders
π¦ The harder the stone, the older it is

Dangers of Excess Gallstones
π¦ One can live healthily without issue while still having Gallstones
π¦ If stones become too large or plentiful though, ducts become blocked
π¦ Gallbladder complications lead to jaundice, infection, or necessary surgical removal of the organ

Peytonβs Reasoning To Flush
π After learning about the Gallbladder in depth in 2022 + realizing how under-represented it is in the health community, I wanted to try a flush at some point this year
π Mind you: Iβve never had any Gall pain or other indicators of Gallstones

Peytonβs Procedure
π« (Youβll need atleast 1 day freed up to be home, near a toilet, allowing for flush)
π« Majority of the procedure is prepping the body a day or 2 before, through softening (potential) stones and clearing the colon

π« Majority of the procedure is prepping the body a day or 2 before, through softening (potential) stones and clearing the colon
π« The goal of the prep is to clear the colon so any stones can come out easily without blockage
π« Prepping may include: fasting, taking extra magnesium or laxatives, enemas
π« After you allow a day of prep, your body should be ready to flush
π« **Donβt do if constipated**

π« Flush partakes in the hours before bed
π« Ideally you spend the day drinking your juice in intervals as they will soften stones, and not consuming any fat
π«2 hours before bed you will take your Epsom Salt solution (1 tablespoon Epsom Salt + 1/2 teaspoon salt + 4oz water)

π« Just before bed youβll have your Fat Bomb (4oz olive oil + 4oz grapefruit juice)
π« Brush teeth, then get into bed immediately and go to sleep on your back
π« Wake up, drink another Epsom Salt mixture (same as before), and refrain from consuming anything else

π« Within a few hours you should have a strong urge to use the bathroom (Epsom Salt is a laxative) and any stones you may have will float to the top of the toilet
π« Expect to use the bathroom anywhere from 3-8 times during the day

Although I did not suspect I had any stones and did the flush simply out of curiosity,
I ended up having atleast 150 stones β οΈ that come outβ¦
Through this surprise, I encourage others to highly consider a gallbladder flush for themselves!

My entire protocol is much too detailed for this thread
