Bhutan became a country to produce the largest number of refugees per capita by simply making a discriminatory (against Hindus) national integration policy of 'One Nation, One People'. Bhutanis cockroaches should be the last to even open their mouths. Sharing my thread from 2019.
It was literally a cultural and ethnic genocide of Nepali speaking Nepali Hindus. Back in 1992 the ethnic cleansing started and more than 100,000 of ethnic Nepalese were forced to leave. Imagine the size of Bhutan and number of refugees.
It needs to be noted that at that time ethnic Nepalese (Hindus) made almost half of the Bhutanese population. It all started with a campaign of finding illegal immigrants. People who were fifth generation Nepalese were found to be illegal and forced to flee.
Schools were closed and turned into a prison. Access to basic medical services was denied and the men were tortured until they would sign a voluntary leaving certificate.
100,000 ethnic Nepalese were forced to leave and the remaining 200,000 had to compromise with their identities. They couldn't practise their religion that was Hinduism and couldn't speak Nepalese in public. Nepalese were banned and children were denied access to schools.
Ethnic Nepalese needed a separate NOC before they could join schools or look for employment. It was a one nation one people draconian policy of ethnic classification as a result of which tens of thousands of ethnic Nepalese were stripped of their citizenship.
The Nepal government tried to resolve the issue with the kingdom but they didn't negotiate. Wait when you know what the root cause was? The root cause of this ethnic cleansing were Hindus and Hinduism.
The so-called happiest nation rather the most torturous nation on earth started evicting Nepalese Hindus quoting the example of the Kingdom of Sikkim where according to them the Nepalese uprising played a crucial role in Sikkim becoming the part of India in 1975.
Imagine, with 100,000 ethnic Nepali Hindus forcefully evicted and 200,000 still remaining, they could have easily out populated the so-called ethnic Bhutanese and Sikkim 2.0 could be repeated in Kingdom and Bhutan might have ended up becoming the part of India.
It needs to be mentioned that Nepalese Hindus were living in South of Bhutan nestled between Tibet and India, which is a highly fertile region characterized by a combination of mountains, plains, and alpine meadows.
On 13th December 2019 @Iyervval brought it in the public domain when he exposed the English speaking Chinese agent of Bhutan. This was the first time people got to know about the rapes and killings inside the happiest country on the earth.
Fast forward 5 years @Iyervval again exposed the Chinese agents of Kingdom of Bhutan and their views are about India as a country with Hindus as the majority.
Brilliant thread by bhaiya and it's in Hindi.
