We've already seen big gains in picks that were dead for months
Suddenly people are picking up their crayons and connecting dots ➡️ mining stocks are the place to be
They all want to be early but some picks won't ever see their lows again
Except some that are yet to move👇
/1
One of those is E2Gold
$ETU.V @e2gold
Hasn't moved yet & still only trading at less than $7 per oz in resource
Backed by major miner Kinross
With 2 projects located on one of the most prolific gold trends in the world
Looking to restart drilling after a recent financing
/2
he Hawkins project is their flagship
80km in length
Located between Hemlo and Timmins mining districts where over the past 15y over 26Moz gold have been brought to production
The resource on the project is located on the McKinnon Zone, the tiny red line on the map 🧐
/3
Zooming in on this zone, it draws comparisons to Barrick's Hemlo mine
This is confirmed by geologists who have worked at Hemlo:
Mineralisation style, geochemical signatures and regional geological setting all similar between the two
Resource is marked in pink
/4
The resource is shallow above 150m depth, whilst deeper drilling hitting gold as well
McKinnon sits on a magnetic anomaly that trends 13km across their project
That anomaly combined with soil sampling yielded a target area west of McKinnon, which will see drilling this year
/5
Then there's the Band-Ore project to the west, also hosting a resource at higher grades than McKinnon
Main Zone: 156Koz at 6.86g/t
No. 4 Zone: 96Koz at 4.84g/t
Surface sampling and drilling show this high grade gold as well:
Last year hit 34g/t over 0.5m
/6
Expecting a drill program on the extension of the McKinnon zone
As sentiment improves we might see some holes in Band-Ore
E2Gold hasn't woken up yet but as more investors will come flocking (back) into this sector
Hidden gems like this will get into the spotlight again
