So ... basically ...
a) the same shit that people have been told for years!
b) focusing on Quality and Value, not Spam
Gee - what a shock!
And, to be honest ... not quite right either!

1) Have experience of "the thing"
I wrote a thread about being pregnant (I'm male)
Yet, when I had a few people checked it,
they said it read legit :D
As it stands, "experience" boils down to words,
born of research/brains, if not experience.

2) Use Social Media (Marketing).
a) No shit!
b) You mean "diversify your traffic sources".
NOT just Social.
Also use 3rd party content platforms (syndicate variants!), community/Q&A sites etc.
Consider running ads/Content Marketing too.

3) Get email subscriptions
100% - yes!
But any sensible "business" should be doing that anyway (it is Not a "2023" thing! Warm/Hot prospects, predisposed towards you ... kind of obvious really!)
And don't forget targeted ads (social/search)!

4) Don't use generic writers
Yes/No.
Ideally - no one should be using inexperienced, unknowledgeable writers (no matter how cheap they are!).
But - it's down to resources and market fit/needs/competitor quality.
Sometimes, you can "fake it" with research.

5) Not just low-comp terms
No one should be solely targeting "zero volume" and "low-comp" terms.
You should be "stacking" - building up a bunch of long tails/variants so you can then target mid, then target head (pyramid of target terms!)

7) Focus on 1 site
Not necessarily.
It depends on your resources,
inc. time - how fast/adapt you are at research/ideation/creation/promotion,
and
how closely aligned the topics/audiences are
(you may be able to repurpose and transfer for different market audiences)

All in all - there isn't anything really "new",
nor is it specific to any "year"
(that spin is getting a little fucking tired!)
The standard, common guides,
that are years old,
apply (more and more each year).

> Do what your resources permit
> If needs be, revisit/revise over time
> Consider it investing, not spending
> Think - would you appreciate/value it?
Far to often - a % of people do the bare minimum,
knowing it's not "good",
then get surprised/upset when kicked to the curb
