1/ Notice that stressed thinking does not help solve the problem

2/ The more you complain, the worse your life gets
Some actions have 0 positive affects
3/ Everything is happening at the right time, if you zoom out enough the world is absolutely perfect. (re-incarnational perspective)
4/ Raise standards
(example)
Instead of using jelly with added sugars
Replace with natural sugar DATES
5/ Start viewing junk food for what it is; POISON
It:
-slows you down
-weakens your mind
-destroys your system
Horrible consequences.
6/ Becoming more and more detailed in the differentiations you make is a reflection of intellect
This means you see both sides of the coin, you don't get caught by EGO often
7/ If you're going to be using your body, stretching more will help you
Some actions we overlook, stretching & meditation are quite powerful
8/ Cancer comes in many forms. Heavy metals in products. Roundup in foods. Animals from factory farming. Be detailed in what you choose to put on and in your body/mind. Mainstream doesn't care about your health, they want your $. Sick-care health system.
9/ Negative feelings/pain is good. They are informing you change is required.
Many people numb the sign, rather than making the healthy adjustments.
10/ You need to have many habits for expressing energy, like:
-sports
-breath work
-writing / creating
If energy is not expressed healthily it's expressed other ways
You want to understand the ripple effect
11/ You may have to do many things physically alone. Especially if seeking True potential. Reality is, the masses are aimless and don't understand the depth of what life is. They aren't sincerely focused on becoming their most, that's fine. You create you. In solitude often.
12/ I tend to make foolish choices come nighttime, so I changed my schedule to avoid that time (I sleep) & I wake super early to use my mind when it's clearest.
Be strategic in life.
