Most early-stage projects are building in darkness.
But these projects yield the best alpha and growth potential.
Here are 5 early-stage projects I stumbled across with massive potential:
🧵
1/28
TLDR;
1️⃣ @LineaBuild
2️⃣ @native_fi
3️⃣ @conduitxyz
4️⃣ @EconiaLabs
5️⃣ @YamaFinance

1️⃣ @LineaBuild
Linea is a L2 solution developed by ConsenSys that aims to enhance Ethereum's scalability and efficiency.
As a zkEVM, Linea leverages zero-knowledge proofs with EVM-equivalence, enabling developers to build scalable dapps or migrate existing ones with ease.
3/28
Linea features native integrations with popular web3 tools like MetaMask and Truffle to offer a seamless developer experience.
The testnet, which is now open to developers, users, and protocols, has already processed 1.5 million transactions in just a few weeks.
4/28
Linea's goal is to make web3 universally useful and accessible, and so Linea's core offering revolves around its developer-centric approach where devs don't need to be zk experts to build on zkEVM.
5/28
The potential of Linea revolves around, of course, zkEVM.
Any smart contract or developer tool from Ethereum can be used on the EVM equivalent network.
The other frontrunners in this realm are Polygon, Scroll and zkSync.
6/28
And of course, if airdrop-chasing is your thang, CT has no shortage of airdrop speculations, so here's how to potentially get a Linea airdrop:

2️⃣ @native_fi
Native is a toolkit allowing any project to easily integrate a DEX into their interface.
It enables projects to:
• Capture fees from swaps
• Provide better user experience (less friction)
• Better capital efficiency
• Flexibility in pool pricing models
8/28
Native's goal is to streamline user experience from:
Users -> dApp -> 3rd party exchange -> dApp
To:
Users -> dApp
Essentially transacting directly on a project's interface rather than being redirected to a 3rd party exchange to make a swap.
9/28
They use a unique "Flexible Market Making" strategy that uses both on-chain (e.g. AMMs) and off-chain pricing (e.g. Professional MMs, RFQ models) to provide price quotes.
This is similar to 0x's aggregator model.
10/28
Where's the potential?
Adoption narrative.
Ignas pointed out a valid point regarding poor UX.
It makes sense for crypto natives to connect to 1inch/uni -> swap -> transfer to dApp -> stake/farm/whatever u do on a dApp.
But it's a different story for the masses.
11/28
I challenged non-brypto educated frens to stake GMX.
Questions I received:
• Where do I buy GMX?
• What is uniswap/1inch/kyber/...whole bunch of other DEXes
• How do I use Arbitrum?
• What's gas?
In-App DEXs have huge potential in this realm.

3️⃣ @conduitxyz
Conduit is a rollup-as-a-service project enabling teams to quickly scale their dApps by providing a production-grade rollup built on OP.
It aims to provide a more accessible and cost-effective solution for projects seeking their own dedicated rollup on ETH
13/28
Conduit rollups include essential components such as:
• Block explorers
• Autoscalable RPCs
• Metrics
• Transaction tracers
These allow teams to run the same technology as the OP Mainnet and ensure ETH-level security.
14/28
Along with a $7M seed round from Paradigm, Conduit recently announced their collaboration with the OP Foundation to support the Superchain vision and make it accessible to a broader range of projects.
15/28
The potential of Conduit lies in the Rollup-as-a-Service model.
RaaS has the potential of becoming the AWS of web3 and soon, deploying a new app-specific rollup will be like deploying a website.
16/28
4️⃣ @EconiaLabs
Econia is an innovative on-chain order book platform built on Aptos that aims to become a powerful economic engine for DeFi.
Econia aims to scale up on-chain trading by addressing the performance bottlenecks faced by DEXs like Serum.
17/28
One of the key technology of Econia is its hyper-parallelized on-chain OB.
In a parallel transaction system, different transactions can be executed concurrently, without waiting for the completion of previous transaction.
Serial systems follow a sequence.
18/28
Econia's advanced, hyper-parallelized on-chain OB enables high-performance trade execution.
This OB serves as the foundation for the platform, allowing efficient and scalable asset trading.
19/28
Econia also has custodian capabilities, enabling users to delegate portions of their trading activity to 3rd-party custodians.
This allows for margin trading, cross-chain solutions, and trading venues for derivatives, significantly expanding the platform's capabilities.
20/28
Econia's potential lies in its powerful, efficient, and composable backend for Aptos.
Developers can build and deploy a wide range of trading applications and user interfaces on top of its infrastructure.
21/28
Econia recently closed a $6.5M round led by Dragonfly Capital, with other backers such as Lightpseed, Wintermute, and Aptos Labs.
22/28
5️⃣ @YamaFinance
Yama Finance is an omnichain stablecoin project that aims to maximize the efficiency and power of CDPs.
The protocol is initially deployed on Arb and will later be deployed on Fuel and Eclipse.
23/28
Yama's primary offering is PSM (Peg Stabilization Module), which introduces several unique features for stablecoins.
PSM smart contract lets anyone swap Yama to USDT 1:1 without slippage or fees
24/28
Users depositing USDC into the PSM receive a share of interest from borrowers, which strengthens buy-side liquidity and supports leverage.
Users can borrow Yama against deposited collateral and withdraw anytime.
25/28
Yama Finance launched not long ago and already attracted $1.6M in TVL:
26/28
They have also introduced GLP collateral:
